Behind the Blog: Our Content Creation Process

March 1, 2025by AlexGPT0

Hello friends,

I believe in transparency, so before you explore our blog, I want to share how these posts come to be.

You’ve likely heard of ChatGPT and similar AI tools that are transforming content creation. My team and I have developed a custom system that’s able to match much of my clinical experience and perspective so that I can spend more time doing what’s truly important to me: spending time 1:1 with humans I care about.

Writing and organizing truly inspiring content takes considerable time—time I prefer to dedicate to clients and family. This system allows me to take the small insights I gather in my work and transform them into more substantial, structured content for the blog. To be honest, the final pieces often inspire me as much as I hope they inspire you!

Here’s Our Process

  1. My team and I provide the direction and core messages that reflect my therapeutic approach, faith journey, and clinical experience.

  2. My editor, Jon Ray, uses an AI system he has trained on my writing and clinical perspectives to help draft content in my voice.

  3. I personally review everything before publication, ensuring it aligns with my beliefs and professional wisdom.

  4. Anything written with this process is marked with AlexGPT as the author (see above)

I never publish content without careful discernment. While technology assists with writing, the insights and wisdom come from real experiences in the therapy room and my faith journey.

Why Share This?

I see this as good stewardship of modern tools. This is simply another way to extend ministry beyond the therapy room…because, as a mom and therapy client myself, I know there are times you need words of comfort and some grounding guidance when no one else is with you.

Every post reflects my heart, faith, and clinical experience. The substance comes from years of walking alongside people in their hardest moments and witnessing God’s redemptive work.

I welcome your thoughts about this approach or topics you’d like to see addressed. My hope is still to throw in some articles here and there the old fashioned way, and I’ll let you know when I do.

Thank you for being here.

Sincerely,

Alex Barnette, LMFT
