Many of us are well-versed in identifying personal goals and tracking progress towards those goals on a regular basis. There are life coaches, endless self-help books, and journals galore to support this notion. What if we were to do the same for our relationships? What if we made it a habit to proactively check in on how our marriages are going instead of waiting for sh*t to hit the fan? If this idea sounds totally foreign, this exercise is probably for you.

What opportunities do we have to improve our relationship?

What blocks us from connecting on a regular basis? How can I do my part to foster a better connection?

What can I do to make your life easier right now? What do I need help with right now?
